Today, I was immediately accepted into the Seattle Womens Chorus, got tens on everything but sightreading, which doesn't count (cause I'm not so good at it).

It has been very, very hot. Yesterday was 103 degrees. Not only are we not acclimated to weather like this, we don't have proper ac to deal with it, so it's been rough. They agreed to transfer my data onto a hard drive we provided, for a highly discounted price. And I'll get my money back on the original transaction. I guess it remains to be seen if we'll get the computer itself back, and of course they could eff up the new (or old) hard drive. It's the first apple product I've ever owned. It's pretty cool. The battery life is pretty shite. But apps are fun! I'm trying to stick to free stuff for now, although I'm sure I'll bump it up to $.99 soon. At least I'm getting closer to the point where I can hold conversations without being rude and constantly playing with it.
